Customer Support & Brand Executive
to manage inbound and outbound calls, handle customer inquiries, drive sales conversions, and support brand initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with
Zoho CRM
for tracking leads, managing customer data, and ensuring a seamless sales process.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & Sales
Handle
inbound and outbound calls
to manage customer inquiries, explain products/services, and convert leads into sales.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and
update all interactions in Zoho CRM
.
Achieve and exceed
sales conversion and lead generation
targets.
Maintain an organized database of leads, prospects, and customer feedback in
Zoho CRM
.
Identify and pursue
cross-selling and up-selling
opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across all channels.
Lead Generation & Brand Promotion
Execute
telecalling campaigns
to generate leads and re-engage dormant customers.
Use
Zoho CRM analytics and dashboards
to track performance and sales funnel progress.
Represent the brand positively during every customer interaction.
Collect and report customer insights to support marketing and branding strategies.
