We are hiring a Customer Support Executive with 2+ years of experience (preferably in an international voice process). The role involves handling global customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage queries via phone, email & chat
Troubleshoot, escalate & resolve issues
Work on CRM tools (Zendesk/Freshdesk)
Collaborate with internal teams
Meet KPIs (response, resolution, CSAT)
Qualifications:
Min. 2 years in customer support
Strong communication & problem-solving
Experience with CRM/ticketing tools
Ability to multitask & handle pressure
Bachelor's degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
