to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries efficiently, and a strong customer-first attitude. She will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service through phone, chat, or email channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls or chats.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, or service requests promptly.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain service quality.
Record customer interactions and update CRM/database systems accurately.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets (AHT, resolution rate, CSAT, etc.).
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to call scripts as needed.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth process flow.
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in customer service or BPO (freshers may apply).
Good command of English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred:
Female candidates only (based on client/team requirements) Experience in voice or blended BPO processes (inbound/outbound).
Knowledge of CRM software or call center tools is a plus.
