• Fresher: ₹15,000 in-hand

• Experience (up to 1 year): ₹20,000 CTC

• Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests through email and chat support. Providing excellent non-voice customer service in a timely manner. Ensuring high levels of accuracy and professionalism in communication. Resolving customer queries related to products and services. Collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Mandatory VERSANT score of 40+.
