Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our

International Blended Process

team in Jaipur. The role involves handling a mix of

voice, chat, and email support

for international clients during

night shift hours

.

This is an

on-site position

that demands a high level of communication, professionalism, and a proven track record in handling international processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls, emails, and chats for global customers Provide real-time support and resolve customer issues effectively Ensure timely and professional responses across all channels Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries Maintain high service quality and process compliance Document all customer interactions in CRM systems accurately Adhere to shift schedules and SLA targets

Required Skills & Experience:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with night shifts and rotational offs Familiarity with CRM tools and standard support protocols
