Shift:

Rotational night shifts

We are hiring experienced professionals for an international blended process where you will assist customers via both calls and chat. This role requires prior experience in chat support and strong communication proficiency at a B2 level.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer interactions through both calls and chat Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues promptly Document all communication and maintain accurate records Deliver high-quality service with professionalism and clarity Follow defined processes and quality standards

Candidate Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10+2 (12th pass) Minimum 1 year experience in chat support (international process preferred) Strong English communication skills (B2 skill level or higher) Ability to multitask across chat tools, CRM, and telephony platforms Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills Willing to work rotational night shifts
