We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented
Customer Support Associate
to join our team in a
blended process
(voice and non-voice). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support to customers, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via voice and non-voice channels (calls, emails, chats).
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods/tools.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution.
Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
Document all interactions and maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure effective issue resolution.
Meet personal/team KPIs and customer service targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum HSC (12th pass); graduation preferred.
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and on rotational week-offs.
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory (Freshers can apply).
