Customer Support - Axis VOICE PROCESS (BANKING)

Work From Office | Noida Location

Job Role:

Handle customer queries and requests during incoming calls.

Upsell banking products such as:

Debit/Credit Card Upgrades

EMI Conversions on Credit Card Dues

Loan Top-ups (Home/Personal)

Insurance Offerings

Eligibility:

? Graduate / Undergraduate

? Fresher or Experienced - Both Welcome

? Good communication in English & Hindi (Mandatory)

Shift Details:

Male: 24x7 Rotational Shifts

Female: 7 AM - 7 PM

6 Days Working | 9 Hrs/Day | Rotational Weekly Offs

Dress Code:

Mon-Fri - Formals | Sat-Sun - Semi-Casuals

Salary & Benefits:

Up to ?25,000 CTC per month
