Service Provider's Responsibilities:



Service provider should ensure the resources
are

willing to work in Night shifts (US Shift)

and should
be flexible to work.
Return to office (

work from office mandatory

)

Exposure to US contact center preferable

Rotational work week can be Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat
or Wed-Sun

Client will be part of screening & selection
of candidates.

Service provider should ensure the resources
those are processed for screening and selection has cleared

Contact Centre Operations, Customer support, Inbound and Outbound calls to US
based candidates to screen them for client's hiring requirement. Recording
outcome of the call on tool.

Excellent Comm skills

Be ready to work in US hours (Shifts varying from 5 PM IST to 7 AM IST) Exposure to US contact Centre preferable. Work from Office is mandatory & Weekend working.
