JOB Overview :

We are hiring

BANK DSA LOAN AGENTS

to promote and sell loan products of leading BANKS & NBFCs. The role involves generating leads,assisting customers with loan applications , and achieving monthly targets with attractive incentives.

Key Responsibility :

Generate leads through fieldwork, networking, referrals, and digital platforms. Promote loan products :

Personal Loan , Business Loan , Home Loan , LAP , Education Loan, etc .

Explain loan features , eligibility , interest rates , and documentation to customers. Collect and verify customer documents ( KYC & Financials). Submit applications to bank/NBFCs and follow up till approval & disbursement. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements :

Education : Any Graduates. Freshers & Experienced both can apply. Gender : Only Female's Strong communication & sales skills. Basic Knowledge of loans/finance preferred.

Salary & Benefits :

Earning Model : 12,000 + Incentives ( as per work performance). Monthly performance incentives and rewards. Morning Shifts.
