About the Role:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the Acer Process. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills and be willing to work in a rotational shift environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
B.Com, BBM, B.Sc, B.A, Diploma, BCA
(Note: BE/B.Tech candidates are not eligible for this process)
Languages Required:
Hindi and English (Both mandatory)
Versant Level:
Minimum Level 5
Working Days: 6 days a week
Shifts:
Females: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Rotational)
Males: 7:00 AM - 12:00 AM (Rotational)
Week Off: 1 rotational off
Compensation:
Fresher: ₹22,000 CTC per month
Experienced: Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month
Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,215
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries efficiently via call/chat/email.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering professional service.
Meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.
