Customer Support Associate
to join our team at Courier Karo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Managing customer interactions and maintaining accurate data records.
Ensuring high sales performance by effectively managing customer relationships.
Handling the delivery of all shipments efficiently and coordinating with customers.
Following up on NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) shipments and resolving issues promptly.
Addressing and solving customer support tickets within the defined timelines.
