Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via
calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Assist customers with
order placement, modifications, and cancellations
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure
timely delivery of orders
Resolve customer complaints politely and professionally
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and delivery timelines
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and orders
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service completion
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills in
English and Hindi
(local language is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, email)
Calm, patient, and customer-friendly attitude
Ability to handle multiple chats/calls at the same time
Freshers are welcome; prior customer support experience is a plus
