Job Description

We are looking for a

Customer Support Associate

who can handle customer queries, assist with orders, coordinate with vendors, and ensure a smooth customer experience from booking to delivery.

If you enjoy talking to customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-growing startup, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via

calls, WhatsApp, and emails

Assist customers with

order placement, modifications, and cancellations

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure

timely delivery of orders

Resolve customer complaints politely and professionally Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and delivery timelines Maintain proper records of customer interactions and orders Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service completion
Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication skills in

English and Hindi

(local language is a plus) Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, email) Calm, patient, and customer-friendly attitude Ability to handle multiple chats/calls at the same time Freshers are welcome; prior customer support experience is a plus
