About the Role



We are seeking a customer-focused and service-oriented Customer Support Associate to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities



Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively Maintain customer records, details, and interaction logs Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned department when required Achieve call quality and performance metrics as per company standards Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with every customer interaction

Requirements



Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or voice process preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong listening skills and patience with customer concerns Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM / call management tools

Shift & Working Conditions



Shift Time: 1 pm to 9pm. Working Day: Monday to Friday.

Qualifications



Graduation in any stream. Freshers can apply for this post. Male Candidate preferred.
