Job Description



We are hiring a

Customer Support Executive

for our

Domestic Voice Process

. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



Handle incoming customer calls/messages and resolve queries. Provide accurate information and maintain a positive customer experience. Log customer interactions in the system. Follow up on customer issues where necessary. Meet daily/weekly targets assigned by the team lead. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies.

Requirements



Good communication skills in

Hindi & English

. Basic computer knowledge. Fresher/experienced candidates can apply. Should be comfortable with rotational shifts. Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
