Roles and Responsibilities:

Assesses customer's issues and takes appropriate actions to ensure the customer's needs are satisfied. Be proactive and take initiatives to explore and learn about the product that we offer. Understand standard operation procedures and delivers services that is according to the quality standards set by the company.

Experience: 6 month

Good communication skills of Hindi, English and Bengali

Must have knowledge of Excel and word
