Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and live chat
Assist customers with product selection, order tracking, and booking details
Resolve complaints or issues with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of services
Manage cancellations, reschedules, and refunds in a professional manner
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM tools
Collect feedback from customers and report trends to improve service quality
Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels or management when required
Support marketing campaigns by informing customers about new offers or packages
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Graduate)
1-2 years of customer service or support experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written)
Strong problem-solving attitude and a calm approach under pressure
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with teams
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or festive days if required
