Position: Customer Support Executive
Process: Voice Process
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Shift: Rotational Day Shift (6 days working + 1 day off)
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Odia, or Assamese
Salary: Competitive: 2.50 LPA to 3.00 LPA (based on experience and qualifications)
Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone and other communication channels.
2. Handle customer inquiries and complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their concerns effectively.
4. Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the database.
5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure swift issue resolution.
6. Follow established processes and guidelines to meet performance targets and quality standards.
7. Communicate effectively with customers in the specified languages, ensuring clarity and understanding.
8. Handle both inbound and outbound calls as required by the process.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Graduate in any discipline
2. Language proficiency in Odia or Assamese, and English
3. Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO customer support.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally
5. Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
6. Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle pressure
Shift and Transport:
Rotational Day Shift (6 days working + 1 day off)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
