Permanent / Full-Time

Working Days:

6 Days a week (Rotational Week-off)

Qualification:

Any Graduate (Freshers and Experienced are welcome

Fresher:

?21,500(CTC) ,?16,500(Take Home), ?4,215(Quarterly Bonus)

Experienced:

Up to ?23,500(CTC), Up to ?18,500(Take Home), ?4,215(Bonus)

Shift Timings (Day Rotational)


To ensure operational efficiency and employee safety, shift windows are defined as follows:

Female Candidates:

8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Rotational window)

Male Candidates:

8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (Rotational window)

Key Responsibilities



Customer Interaction:

Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally to resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests.

Problem Solving:

Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions using internal databases.

Quality Standards:

Maintain a high level of service quality, adhering to the

Versant 4

linguistic and communication standards.

Documentation:

Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and tracking.

Process Adherence:

Follow company-defined SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and maintain call etiquette at all times.

Requirements & Skills



Language Mastery:

Fluent English and Mandatory Hindi

communication skills (Oral and Written).

Communication Benchmark:

Must meet or exceed

Versant Level 4

proficiency.

Soft Skills:

Empathy, active listening, and a patient approach toward customer problem-solving.

Flexibility:

Ability to work in rotational shifts and manage a 6-day work week.

Tech Savvy:

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools are an advantage.
