Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused

Customer Support Associate

to join our

International Voice Process (US)

. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, provide resolutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally. Resolve customer queries and complaints with a high level of service quality. Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Meet performance targets and contribute to the team's success. Follow process guidelines and compliance standards.

Requirements:

Fluency in English

with excellent verbal communication skills.

Prior experience in an international voice process (US preferred)

is an advantage. Ability to handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions. Comfortable working in

night shifts (Monday to Friday).

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
