Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.
Resolve customer queries and complaints with a high level of service quality.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
Meet performance targets and contribute to the team's success.
Follow process guidelines and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Fluency in English
with excellent verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in an international voice process (US preferred)
is an advantage.
Ability to handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions.
Comfortable working in
night shifts (Monday to Friday) - (7:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
