We are a well-established medical center dedicated to providing quality healthcare services. We are looking for a friendly, confident, and patient-focused Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Making and receiving calls from patients
Appointment booking and confirmation
Follow-up calls for treatments and reports
Handling patient inquiries politely and professionally
Explaining basic services, packages, and procedures
Maintaining call records and patient data
Coordinating with front desk and medical staff
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
Clear voice and confident phone etiquette
Basic computer knowledge
Experience as telecaller or customer support preferred (freshers can apply)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹34,599.00 per month
