Customer Service Associate

Location Noida

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate for email and chat support. This role requires a

minimum of 6 months of business process outsourcing customer service experience

The salary is

26,666 rupees per month

, with an

in-hand salary of 22,400 rupees per month

. Salary depends on experience. The work schedule is 5 days a week, with 2 rotational week-offs. Cab facility is available for odd hours.

Requirements

Undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate degree

Minimum 6 months of business process outsourcing customer service experience

Excellent English communication skills

30 word per minute typing speed

Assessment

The selection process includes a human resources round, an operations round, and a Versant virtual test.
