About the Role

Customer Support Associates

for our

International Voice/Non-Voice E-Commerce Process

. The role includes handling customer queries, resolving issues, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduates only

(mandatory) Must have

excellent spoken English

, good grammar, and correct sentence formation

Freshers can apply

Experienced candidates must have

valid documents

Age Limit:

18-30 years

No targets & no pressure

Work Schedule

6 days working

, 1 rotational weekly off

9-hour shift

, including

1-hour break

Shift Details

Female employees:

Day shift

till 8 PM maximum

Male employees:

24x7 rotational shifts

(includes night shift)

Salary Structure

For Freshers:

?20,000 in-hand

?24,000 CTC + PLI

For Candidates with Minimum 6 Months Experience:

?24,000 in-hand

?28,000 CTC + PLI

(PLI = Performance Linked Incentive)

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer issues via calls, chats, or emails (voice & non-voice) Provide accurate information and effective solutions Maintain professionalism and quality standards Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns Follow all process guidelines and work ethics

Night Shift Travel Allowance:

?2,000 per month (for employees working in night shift)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
