Make outgoing calls for order confirmations and customisations.
Handle order tracking and delivery follow-ups.
Resolve customer queries through calls, emails, or chat.
Manage RTO (Return to Origin) calls and coordinate with the logistics team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Basic knowledge of Shopify or e-commerce platforms preferred.
Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving ability.
Prior experience in customer support or telesales will be an added advantage.
