The Collection Executive will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding payments from customers while maintaining positive relationships. The role involves following up on overdue accounts, resolving payment discrepancies, and ensuring timely recovery in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers via phone, email, or visit to collect pending payments.
Maintain records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
Negotiate and follow up on payment plans and commitments.
Ensure timely follow-up on accounts to achieve monthly collection targets.
Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams to resolve billing or payment issues.
Update and maintain the database with accurate payment information.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on collection status.
Handle customer queries related to invoices and payments in a professional manner.
Escalate unresolved accounts to the senior management as required.
