Customer Support Executive - TATA 1MG Service

Location: Noida

Industry: Healthcare / Customer Support

Salary: ₹15,000 - ?16,000 (In-hand)

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (Both can apply)

Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Shift Timing: Rotational (6:00 AM - 12:00 PM Window)

Skills Required:

Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred) Ability to handle customer queries efficiently Basic computer knowledge
Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls Resolve customer queries and complaints Maintain call records and provide quality service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
