Ability to handle customer queries efficiently
Basic computer knowledge
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries and complaints
Maintain call records and provide quality service.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
