We are looking for an enthusiastic Support Executive (Fresher) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in resolving product-related queries, ensure smooth onboarding experiences, and provide exceptional post-sales support. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and build a career in customer and product support within the SaaS domain.

Key Responsibilities :



? Handle customer queries via chat, email, or call in a timely and professional manner.
? Assist users with product setup, troubleshooting, and onboarding.
? Coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
? Document customer feedback and recurring issues to improve user experience.
? Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
? Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements :



? Bachelor's degree in any discipline .
? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
? Good problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn product workflows.
? Ability to handle multiple queries efficiently.
? Basic understanding of SaaS or customer support tools is a plus.

Compensation:


CTC:

?2,40,000 - ?3,00,000 Per annum

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off; 5th Saturday working)

Working Hours:

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
