Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound voice calls for an international process.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer queries.
Maintain professional communication and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
Document call details and feedback accurately in the system.
Required Skills:
Excellent
English communication skills
(both verbal and written).
Strong
customer service orientation
with problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in
rotational shifts (including night shifts)
.
Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency.
