We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to join our Domestic Process (Voice / Chat Support) team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and chats efficiently.
Resolve customer queries accurately and with empathy.
Provide timely and relevant information while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients.
Adhere to company processes, policies, and performance standards.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Qualifications
:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate (any discipline).
Prior experience in BPO or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).

?13,500 - ?15,500 per month (In-hand)
