We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented
Telecaller and Customer Support Executive
to join our FMCG team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage customer queries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:Telecalling:
Make outbound calls to distributors, retailers, and customers for product promotion, follow-ups, and feedback.
Explain product features, offers, and schemes.
Generate leads and maintain records of customer interactions.
Customer Support:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers and distributors regarding orders, product information, and complaints.
Address customer issues and ensure effective problem resolution.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, warehouse) for issue resolution.
Key Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and [Regional Language if applicable].
Good interpersonal and listening skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word), and email communication.
Understanding of the FMCG market dynamics is a plus.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: High School / HSC
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Preferred Experience:
1-3 years in telecalling or customer support (preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer products)
Freshers with strong communication and eagerness to learn will also be considered.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
