Role & Responsibilities:

Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve queries and ensure high satisfaction. Understand client issues and provide solutions effectively and professionally. Build a positive relationship with customers and guide them through product features. Learn and implement techniques for

upselling and cross-selling

relevant offerings. Keep accurate records of all conversations and follow-up activities. Coordinate with internal teams for technical escalations or custom requests.

Who Can Apply:

Fresher to 1 year of experience in any customer-facing role (internship included. Excellent English communication (verbal and written) is a must. Passion for customer satisfaction and proactive problem-solving. Good understanding of SaaS or tech products is a plus (Mandatory). Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Service Agreement [Duration]

To ensure a mutual agreement towards learning and growth, all selected candidates will be required to sign a service agreement of 30 months.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
