Role: Customer Support Officer (Positions # 50 ) (Date of Joining : 8th July 2025)
Responsibilities:
To provide end-to-end customer support services to our client's users to ensure a seamless travel booking experience and timely resolution of customer queries across channels.
Process: (Inbound) Work from Office (Travel Process)
Shift & Week off:
Rotational (9 hours Shift & 1 Week off)
Shift Ratio: 80%-day shift, 20%-night shift (2200:7:00).
Language Support: English (Versant - 5) + Hindi
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 1+ year experience; in BPO customer service
Salary : 20,000 - 22,000 (No deduction, all in-hand)
