Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries professionally via calls/chat/email
Provide accurate information and resolve basic queries
Maintain records of customer interactions
Follow company communication guidelines and quality standards
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements
Undergraduate freshers (Pursuing or completed; no experience required)
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Willingness to work on-site in Mohali
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to work in shifts (as applicable)
