Excellent problem solving & communication
Knowledge of CRM/ticketing tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce)
Customer-focused, organized, adaptable
Basic API, integration, troubleshooting understanding
Familiarity with analytics tools is a plus
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support via email, chat & phone
Resolve platform, integration & configuration issues
Collaborate with product & engineering teams for escalations
Maintain documentation & improve customer experience
Manage client expectations & ensure satisfaction
