Phantasm Solutions is hiring Customer Support Associates (Night Shift) to support

global customers via chat, email, and calls, 5 days a week. The role runs on a permanent

night-shift schedule aligned to US time zones.

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries on orders, accounts, and basic technical issues Provide clear, empathetic responses and follow standard SOPs/FAQs Log all interactions and escalate complex cases to the tech/support leads
Requirements

1-3 years in customer support (SaaS, e-commerce, or BPO preferred) Strong written and spoken English; other languages a plus Comfortable with permanent night shift and performance metrics Female candidates only for this role Comfortable with permanent night shift; transport facility available

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
