Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic
Customer Support Executive
to assist our customers over voice and text. If you love interacting with people, solving problems, and learning new things every day this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries on
WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and phone calls
Assist customers with product details, order queries, and store information
Maintain a friendly, helpful, and brand-aligned communication tone
Coordinate with the store team for quick resolutions
Build strong customer relationships by offering excellent service
