Job Summary:



We are looking for a motivated and technically sound

Customer Support Executive

with a background in

Civil Engineering

to assist customers with inquiries related to

restroom partition products, specifications, installation, and after-sales support

. The role involves both technical support and client coordination, ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to installation.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound (commercial, industrial, institutional projects)

Generate and follow up on quotations, site status updates, and order confirmations

Support after-sales service including handling complaints, damage claims, or replacement requests

Educate clients on care, maintenance, and warranty of partition systems

Requirements:



B Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant construction-related field

1+ years of experience in a customer service,or Lead closure role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to read and interpret site drawings and basic technical specs

Proficient in Ms Excel

Ability to multitask and manage client expectations professionally

Nice to Have:



Previous experience in building materials or interior fit-outs, or washroom accessories industry

Knowledge in CRM

Working knowledge of AutoCAD (to interpret layout drawings)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
