Our client is a leading manufacturer of lifestyle consumer products - Kitchen & Home Essential products, having market presence in India and marketing products across 10 countries.

Job Summary

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support through inbound calls, live chats & E-mail. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products.

Key Deliverables

Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat and E-Mail. Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and concerns, providing clear and concise solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. Identify and escalate recurring customer issues or trends to management for continuous improvement. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs).

Desired Candidate

Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a voice-based environment. Fluent in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers. Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for critical thinking. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
