Role Overview

We are looking for a

Customer Support Associate

Female Candidate

to deliver an exceptional service experience at our

Premium silk saree showroom/Back Office

. The role involves assisting customers with product queries, order support, and post-purchase communication while upholding the brand's premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Support

Attend to customer inquiries via

Email,

phone, WhatsApp, and in-store coordination

Provide accurate information on

silk sarees, collections, pricing, and availability

Support customers with

order status, billing queries, and delivery follow-ups

Handle basic customer concerns politely and escalate when required

Order & System Support

Update customer details and interactions in CRM / billing systems Coordinate with store, logistics, and billing teams for smooth order execution Ensure timely responses and follow-ups on customer requests

Service Excellence

Maintain

high standards of communication, grooming, and professionalism

Ensure customers receive a

premium, warm, and respectful experience

Support festive rush and sale periods as required

Eligibility & Skills Qualification

Any graduate / higher secondary (12th pass can be considered for strong candidates)

Experience

0-5 years in

customer support, retail service, or front-office roles

Skills Required

Good

spoken English, Hindi, Tamil,

is an added advantage) Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude Basic computer knowledge (billing / CRM exposure is a plus) Willingness to learn about
