Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages
Respond to inquiries regarding property details, pricing, availability, and site visits
Coordinate and schedule property site visits with clients and sales teams
Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups in CRM systems
Assist clients with documentation and basic real estate processes
Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams
Provide daily and weekly activity reports to management
Requirements & Qualifications
Any graduate / diploma (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience in customer support, real estate, or call center roles is an advantage
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
