Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from customers

Bachelor's degree or diploma (preferred, not mandatory) Prior experience in customer support, real estate, or call center roles is an advantage Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems) Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes Customer-oriented attitude with a positive approach
