Job Title: Customer Service Associate - Inbound Voice
Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

About the Role
We are hiring experienced Customer Service Associates for our Inbound Voice process in Chennai. The role involves handling incoming customer calls, resolving queries, and delivering excellent customer experiences. Candidates with prior BPO voice process experience are preferred.

Salary
- ₹3.0 LPA to ?3.8 LPA (based on experience and current CTC)

Eligibility
- Education: Graduates or Postgraduates only
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO (Inbound Voice Process)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral accent
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency

Work Details
- 6 Days Working | Rotational Week-offs
- Male Candidates: 24/7 rotational shifts
- Female Candidates: Rotational day shifts (Any 9-hour login between 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM)
- Work from Office - Chennai
