Role Overview
We are seeking experienced professionals with strong communication skills and a background in medical billing to join our voice support team. This role involves engaging with insurance companies to follow up on pending claims and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Make follow-up calls to insurance companies regarding pending medical claims
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats professionally
Provide accurate information about services and policies
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases appropriately
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely updates and follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service-related concerns
Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications & Skills
