Responsibilities



Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, emails, or chat in a professional manner. Troubleshoot product/service issues and provide timely solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Contribute to team coordination and support colleagues when required. Identify areas for process improvement and share suggestions with the team/management.

Requirements



Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Good team coordination and collaboration skills. Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
