Contribute to team coordination and support colleagues when required.
Identify areas for process improvement and share suggestions with the team/management.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Good team coordination and collaboration skills.
Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
