Roles and responsibilities
Interacting with customers via call, email, whatsapp and live chat Order followup with dispatch team Shipping followup with service provider and ensure timely delivery of goods Processing orders on e-commerce platforms
Timing
Monday to Saturday (Sunday holiday) 9am to 6pm
Skills
Good communication skills (English & Tamil) Excel, E-mail and basic computer skills
NO WORK FROM HOME
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
