We are looking for a

Process Associate

to handle

customer calls for a US-based process

. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently. This is a

voice-based process

requiring candidates to work in

US shift timings

.

Key Responsibilities:



Attend inbound/outbound customer calls from US clients. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.

Requirements:



Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Willingness to work during

US shift timings (Night Shift - IST)

. Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any graduate. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good listening skills and problem-solving abilities. Prior BPO or voice process experience is a plus.

Shift Timings:


Fully aligned with

US shifts

(Night shifts in India).

Salary:

?Upto 33000 per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
