Job description
Manage customer (B2C) grievances end-to-end through Voice also with Email & Chat, if required
Respond to customer complaints with the specified TAT
Multitasking is required to handle calls, emails & chats
Updating CRM & maintain logs of all customer interactions
Required Candidate profile
Should be fluent in English, Hindi and one more regional language
Experience in any CRM tool (preferable FreshDesk) & excellent knowledge of MS Excel
Relevant experience in the customer service area
