We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused

Customer Support Associate

to join our team in

Coimbatore

. The ideal candidate (

FEMALE ONLY

) will have 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role and must be fluent in

Marathi

to effectively support our Maharashtra customers.

Key Responsibilities

:

Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information and resolve issues related to products, services, or orders. Communicate effectively in

Marathi

with customers from Maharastra regions. Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM system. Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and ensure timely resolution. Achieve customer satisfaction targets and maintain quality service standards. Follow up with customers for feedback and additional support if needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
