Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a

Customer Support Associate

. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-store support. Resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide detailed product information and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, design) to ensure timely resolutions and deliveries. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably in luxury retail, jewelry, or e-commerce). Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with basic computer applications (CRM tools, MS Office). Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customers with patience. A team player with a customer-first attitude.
